North Bethlehem Town Park - Located less than 5 miles from our door North Bethlehem Park is all about fun. With a single 4-mile loop crammed into a tiny space you'll be shocked at what has been built. NB has several features including drops, skinnes, log rides and even a few jumps. The riding is easy and the trails are smooth. Colonie Town Park - Just north of Albany, alongside the Mohawk River there are about 10 miles of segmented singletrack at Colonie Town Park in Cohoes/Latham. The trails are fairly well marked with arrows and labels in many areas. The terrain is mostly beginner and intermediate with a few difficult sections by the river that are quite rocky. Thacher Park - Thacher State Park is situated along the Helderberg Escarpment, one of the richest fossil-bearing formations in the world. Even as it safeguards six miles of limestone cliff-face, rock-strewn slopes, woodland and open fields, the park provides a marvelous panorama of the Hudson-Mohawk Valleys and the Adirondack and Green Mountains. While there are trails on the southern half of the park around the most popular parking areas and overlooks, the north half of the park has more dirt and less traffic.
